We made it to the Agrirama!

Our first day on the road took us to Tifton, Georgia and our first Passport America campground: Paradise Lake RV Park in Brookfield...9 miles east of Tifton. Nice, quiet park but the cell coverage for T-Mobile was non-existent. Then, Tuesday, we made it to Tifton and the Georgia Museum of Agriculture and the Agrirama. That was quite interesting and well worth the trip up. The restored 1800's village included a doctor's office, drug store, mercantile, saw mill, cotton gin and warehouse, with a delightful train to take you around the complex for a brief but beautiful ride. There was also a traditional rural farmstead and the Tift House, the home of the founder of Tifton. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone passing by!
